New Wine and New Wineskins, and Old Wine and Old Wineskins [1]

What is the physical reality of new wine, new wineskins, old wine, and old wineskins that Jesus spoke of in parables?

 

❝

He told them, "The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables

❞

 

Wine comes from grapes, and grapes come from vines. In Isaiah 5, it is said both the true vine and the wild vine are men that are the people of Israel. Regarding the two types of vines, one is the house of God, and the other is the wild vine of the gentiles, which is the other house (the gentiles) like the wild serpent, Adam, and Eve. According to Dt 32:32-33, the wine of the gentile nation Sodom and the fields of Gomorrah are said to be the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras.

And as seen in Daniel 4, king Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was the wild vine. According to Matthew 23, Jesus said,

“You snakes! You brood of vipers!”

 

to the Pharisees and the teachers of the law at the First Coming.

And as seen in Jn 15:1, Jesus said that he is the true vine. In the same way today at the Second Coming, there are two kinds of pastors. One is God’s true pastor, the promised pastor (the one who overcomes); and the other is the pastor of Babylon, the home for demons, the prostitute (Rv 17).

1. "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.

2. With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries."

The new wine in the main reference is the new revealed word given by Jesus who fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies.

The new wineskins refer to the new pastor (the disciples of Jesus).

The old wine is the old law of the Old Testament, and the old wineskins are the pastors who teach the old things, that is, the law. “The old is better” (Lk 5:39) means that they like the law of Moses better than the new word of Jesus.

This was to compare “the law of Moses” with “the word of Jesus regarding new thing.”

When Jesus said,

“

New wine must be poured into new wineskins,

”

this means that the new wine, which is the revealed word, will be poured into the new pastor.

 

 

 

The word that fulfilled the Old Testament at the First Coming and the pastors until now are the old wine and the old wineskins.

Today at the Second Coming, the word of Revelation’s fulfillment is the new wine, and the new pastor who learns and teaches the revealed word are the new wineskins.

The fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that the serpent, which is the wild beast, gave to Eve in Genesis 3 was the wine of the serpent, that is, the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras. After drinking this venom, the living spirit died. At the time of Moses, there was manna given by God through Moses. Even though they ate this, they could not have eternal life.

Also, there was the wine from the wild grapes, that is, the venom of serpents, the deadly poison of cobras, given by the enemy described as Sodom and Gomorrah.

Likely today, there is the hidden manna (Revelation, Rv 2) given to the one who overcomes by Jesus, and there is the wine of adulteries (Rv 17) given by the serpent, the pastor of Babylon. In Revelation 18, all nations have fallen by drinking this wine of the serpent.

This wine of adulteries is the word of commentaries, which is the doctrines of Babylon, the home for demons. So, there are two kinds of vines (the pastor of God and the pastor of the devil), and two kinds of grapes, the true grapes and the wild grapes (two types of word and their congregation members).

All the people of the world! See this banner and hear this trumpet sound. This trumpet sound is the sound made when the seven seals of Revelation are broken. By breaking the seven seals, Jesus opens the scroll, so the word written in it is shown and read.
