Doctrine and Faith of Shincheonji Church of Jesus

Doctrine and Faith of Shincheonji Church of Jesus

(Shincheonji Church of Jesus : Shincheonji)

We, the congregation members of Shincheonji in Korea, are born as Koreans and are registered citizens of Republic of Korea. In terms of faith, we have been freed by the blood of Jesus and have been born again with God’s seed and spirit.

We are sealed with God’s new covenant and carry out a life of faith exactly according to the promised word, like a print (engraving the Bible in our hearts, being sealed), without adding or subtracting to it.

We, just like God and Jesus, love, forgive, and bless our neighbors as ourselves (Jn 15:9-12).

Jn 15:9-12

===========

9.  "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

10.  If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love.

11.  I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.

12.  My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

We, Shincheonji, serve our community in thankfulness for the grace that was given to us, like how Jesus and his disciples did. Our motto is “City of Truth, justice, and virtuous kings.”

We, Shincheonji, keep the laws of the heaven, and we also keep the laws of the earth as we are here on earth.

The new covenant that was established with Jesus’ blood (Lk 22:14-20) was to write God’s law on our hearts (Heb 8:7-13).

Therefore, Shincheonji writes the law of the new covenant, that is, Revelation,  in our hearts and minds without adding or subtracting from it.

In regards to education, we testify the truth with the “words of the Bible” and “revealed word” that comes from heaven. And with that same truth, we correct false teachings that distort the words of the Bible. This is what it means to defeat evil with good, false teachings with the truth. This is the righteousness that turns the world of sin into the world of justice.

The Lord said that every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven (Mt 12:31-32).

John chapter 1 verse 1 says that the word in the beginning was God, and John chapter 10 verse 35 calls ‘gods’ to whom the word of God came—and the Scripture cannot be broken. Indeed, one who is born of God’s seed of truth is God’s offspring (Acts 17:27-29).

27.  God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us.

28.  `For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, `We are his offspring.'

29.  "Therefore since we are God's offspring, we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone -- an image made by man's design and skill.

On the other hand, one who is born of weed, that is, the seed of false teaching (lies), is the devil’s offspring

(Mt 13:37-39).

37.  He answered, "The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man.

38.  The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one,

39.  and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels.

The spirit of God and the spirit of the devil are not visible in human eyes, but one can distinguish them by distinguishing truth from lies.

One who speaks the truth is the one that God is with, and one that speaks lies and false teachings is the one that the devil is with.

The first commandment from the Ten Commandments (Law) is that one must not serve any other god besides God.

When Solomon worshipped gentile gods, God considered it an act of breaking the covenant, like Adam (Hos 6:7), because Adam and Solomon both worshipped a gentile god. Similarly, there is an event in Revelation chapter 13 of the New Testament in which people receive the mark and worship a gentile god.

Korean pastors must take a moment to examine their hearts and conscience and repent. A false doctrine is a lie no matter how one defines it, and a lie comes from the devil according to John chapter 8 verse 44. Teaching lies is an act of sowing the spirt and the seed of the devil. Even though they make children of the devil, they shamelessly call themselves orthodox before God and accuse those who teach the truth as a “cult.”

How can these pastors who teach lies be God’s pastors?

The Scripture cannot be broken.

Can they call themselves God’s pastors even after bearing the children of the devil with the devil’s seed? The difference between the truth (Shincheonji) and false teaching (worldly churches) as shown in the

100 Comparisons

between Doctrines testify to these things.

Can anyone deny it?

The way to salvation is to truthfully repent and be born again with God’s seed and spirit.

Every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

The biggest sin of all is being one with the devil to teach lies and sowing the devil’s seed to make the children of the devil. Judgment must fall on the one who commits such sins, because one who commits this great sin has no right to judge others nor can he judge correctly.

According to the laws of the Bible, God entrusted the authority to judge to the son, Jesus (Jn 5:22, 27), and Jesus entrusted that authority to the one who overcomes at the time of Revelation fulfillment (Rv 2:17).

Rv 2:17

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna.

I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it.

+++++++++++

One who believes the words of God and Jesus will believe this also.

Like so, the Bible promises beforehand of the one that will judge, and thus, not anyone can judge with one’s own thoughts when it comes to religion. If one does judge with one’s own thoughts, he will be acting in lawlessness.
