Doctrine and Faith of Shincheonji
Church of Jesus
(Shincheonji
Church of Jesus : ‘Shincheonji’)
†
We, the congregation
members of Shincheonji in Korea, are born as Koreans and are registered
citizens of Republic of Korea. In terms of faith, we have been freed by the
blood of Jesus and have been born again with God’s seed and spirit.
We are sealed with God’s
new covenant and carry out a life of faith exactly according to the promised
word, like a print (engraving the Bible in our hearts, being sealed), without
adding or subtracting to it.
We, just like God and
Jesus, love, forgive, and bless our neighbors as ourselves (Jn 15:9-12).

Jn 15:9-12
===========
9. "As the Father has loved me, so have I
loved you. Now remain in my love.
10. If you obey my commands, you will remain in
my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love.
11. I have told you this so that my joy may be in
you and that your joy may be complete.
12. My command is this: Love each other as I have
loved you.

We, Shincheonji, serve our community in thankfulness for the
grace that was given to us, like how Jesus and his disciples did. Our motto is
“City of Truth, justice, and virtuous kings.”
We, Shincheonji, keep the
laws of the heaven, and we also keep the laws of the earth as we are here on
earth.
The new covenant that was
established with Jesus’ blood (Lk 22:14-20) was to write God’s law on our
hearts (Heb 8:7-13).
Therefore, Shincheonji writes the law of the new covenant, that
is, Revelation, in our hearts and minds
without adding or subtracting from it.
In regards to education,
we testify the truth with the “words of the Bible” and “revealed word” that
comes from heaven. And with that same truth, we correct false teachings that
distort the words of the Bible. This is what it means to defeat evil with good,
false teachings with the truth. This is the righteousness that turns the world
of sin into the world of justice.
⚖️
The Lord said that every
sin and blasphemy will be forgiven, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will
not be forgiven (Mt 12:31-32).
John chapter 1 verse 1 says that the word in the
beginning was God, and John chapter 10 verse 35 calls ‘gods’ to whom the word
of God came—and the Scripture cannot be broken. Indeed, one who is born of
God’s seed of truth is God’s offspring (Acts 17:27-29).
27. God did this so that men would seek him and
perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of
us.
28. `For in him we live and move and have our
being.' As some of your own poets have said, `We are his offspring.'
29.
"Therefore since we are God's offspring, we should not think that
the divine being is like gold or silver or stone -- an image made by man's
design and skill.
On the other hand, one who
is born of weed, that is, the seed of false teaching (lies), is the devil’s
offspring
37. He answered, "The one who sowed the good
seed is the Son of Man.
38. The field is the world, and the good seed
stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one,
39.
and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the
age, and the harvesters are angels.
The spirit of God and the
spirit of the devil are not visible in human eyes, but one can distinguish them
by distinguishing truth from lies.
One who speaks the truth
is the one that God is with, and one that speaks lies and false teachings is
the one that the devil is with.
The first commandment from
the Ten Commandments (Law) is that one must not serve any other god besides
God.
When Solomon worshipped
gentile gods, God considered it an act of breaking the covenant, like Adam (Hos 6:7),
because Adam and Solomon both worshipped a gentile god. Similarly, there is an
event in Revelation chapter 13 of the New Testament in which people receive the
mark and worship a gentile god.
Korean pastors must take a
moment to examine their hearts and conscience and repent. A false doctrine is a
lie no matter how one defines it, and a lie comes from the devil according to
John chapter 8 verse 44. Teaching lies is an act of sowing the spirt and the
seed of the devil. Even though they make children of the devil, they
shamelessly call themselves orthodox before God and accuse those who teach the
truth as a “cult.”
