FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 6

12. What is deception and is this a tactic used by Shincheonji?

Deception is defined as “when one causes someone to believe something that is not true, typically in order to gain some personal advantage”. Deception is not a tactic that Shincheonji encourages. Shincheonji has opened its doors for all to learn about its theology, volunteers openly with the community, engages in sports and culture competitions as

“Shincheonji”

teams (and wins accolades), and has made many materials public online through the official website, YouTube channel, and dedicated theology school website.

13. What is propaganda and is this a tactic used by Shincheonji?

Propaganda is when “information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize in a specific point of view”. Shincheonji does not mislead people by framing information in a specific point of view. There are promotional materials that Shincheonji has provided offline and online, explaining its events and the church.

This is no different from the promotional material that you would easily find with other churches or organizations.

The Prophecies in Chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the Book of Revelation and Their Actual Entities

“Everyone, do you know the prophecies of the book of Revelation and their actual entities?”       It says in Rv 22:18-19 that one cannot enter the kingdom of heaven but will receive curses (plagues) if he adds to or subtracts from Revelation. God wrote this book, sealed it with seven seals, and was holding it. Hence, until now, there had been no one in heaven or on earth who knew this book’s meaning.   📚   Today, however, Jesus took this book (Revelation) that was sealed with seven seals and in God’s hand, and in Rv 6 and 8 he removed all of its seals, opened it, and fulfilled it. Since there was someone who saw and heard at Jesus’ side when he fulfilled it (Rv 22:8), Jesus sent this man to the churches and had him testify what he saw and heard (Rv 22:16).    This man is the promise...

The Testimony of the Fulfillment of the Prophecies of the Book of Revelation

God wrote the book of Revelation, and He was holding it in His hand after sealing it by putting seven seals on it. Hence, there had been no one in heaven or on earth who understood the prophecies of this book (Rv 5:1-3). However, today, after approximately 2,000 years have passed since it had been written, Jesus took this book (Rv 5:7), removed all of the seven seals, and fulfilled the prophecies written in the book, and their actual entities appeared as a result. See and verify this.     🔖   I am the one who saw and heard all of the events of Rv 1-22 at Jesus’ side when he fulfilled this book, Revelation (Rv 22:8).   Thus, I am the messenger Jesus sent to the churches to testify about what I have seen and heard (Rv 22:16).   💕  💕  💕    It says that if one adds to or...
