A: They ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which God forbade them from eating (Gen 2:17).

    The tree of life appears again in Revelation. There's no other hope for humanity than seeing Eden- the paradise that God lost - restored.

The Difference Between the Land of Canaan and the City of New Jerusalem
