K-culture 12 : Seascapes TONGYEONG

Tongyeong has an ever-changing number of islands. There were believed to be around 151, but in 2005 the city announced it had discovered up to 192; and then two years later, after further searching, this number climbed to 250.

Currently, the Tongyeong website reports over 570 islands. This surprising number piqued my curiosity.

Apparently, the sea is the reason the number keeps going up.

It all comes down to rocks that only reveal themselves and turn into islands at high tide.

These nameless, uninhabited islands have value as homes to primeval ecosystems.

Many Koreans boast after a few visits to the city that they know Tongyeong like the back of their hand.

But could it be that just like the tips of the rocks that poke above the water’s surface, Tongyeong only reveals a small part of its wonders?

With troves of hidden and undiscovered delights, the city can begin to seem rather mystical.

Island Sightseeing From an Island Tongyeong is home to an

“island that is not really an island.”

Travel to a nearby island is a must for any visit to Tongyeong.

Bible Question, How can it be proved that God is the creator

➦ Bible Question. How can it be proved that God is the creator of the universe and all living things? ◤◤ ◤        Answer:                                 ◢◢ ◢ One cannot say a king does not exist simply because he has not seen him in the palace. The proof God created all things is creation itself. How can anything grow if there is no seed and how can anything sprout if nothing has been planted? The Creator is life and the words of God, who is life, become the seed to create all things (Lk 8:11; Jn 1:1-4). The creation of heaven and the earth is like the son existing because the father exists. The son knows his father. The reason why a son may not know his father is because he is not the son. https://youtu.be/OYQl1j2SUY4   #BIBLE_QUESTION #BIBLE_STUDY #BIBLE #SHINCHEONJI_CH...

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 7

14. Is it true that one has to pass a test in order to be a member of Shincheonji?     At the First Coming, to “pass the test” is to be able to recognize and understand the prophecies of the OT and its fulfillment through the eyes of God’s word. Today, at the time of the Second Coming, the test for all believers is the same. Shincheonji believes in equipping all who have the desire to learn with the proper understanding of the OT and NT Scriptures, its prophecies, and fulfillment today. Members in the Church do take tests (most tests provide the answers in advance) as a way to help people study and be fully equipped with God’s word. #GOD'S_WORD #BIBLE #OT #NT #SHINCHEONJI_CHURCH #BIBLE_STUDY #SHINCHEONJI #REVELATION #PROPHECY #SCRIPTURE   http://enblog.shincheonji.kr/ 15.
