🍜Tips for Eating Naengmyeon

 

PYONGYANG NAENGMYEON

 

Taste the broth before you season it. Sprinkle vinegar on the noodles and add mustard to the broth. Save the slices of boiled port to enjoy at the end.

HAMHUNG NAENGMYEON

 

Drink a cup of hot broth before the naengmyeon is served. When mixing the ingredients, mash the yolk of the hard-boiled egg into a fine paste so it spreads evenly.

JINJU NAENGMYEON

 

Don't add vinegar or mustard right away; taste the broth or seasoning first. Only add extras if it tastes bland. The yukjeon can be eaten with the noodles or separately.

MILMYOEN

 

Mustard and vinegar are a must to enhance the flavor. If you ordered it bibim style, try adding some cold broth to create a combination of mixed and broth-based noodles.
